We've seen it all now! You can literally buy the weirdest tools in the name of beauty!
In the name of beauty, you can buy something to fix, solve and heal any issue, right? But whilst doing some lengthy research, we’ve noticed that there are some places around the world that may have taken it a little far in the name of beauty.
Just take a look at some of these tools and be the judge yourself, there are some really weird and wacky tools out there RN.
Correct us if we’re wrong, but we’re quite intrigued by some of them and to see if they really work. Are you? Would you try these? What about the nose straightener? Or the Wakisara Armpit Stickers actually look pretty useful! The stress of sweat patches in summer drives us crazy!
Bigan Beauty Face Expander
WTF?! This truly unique muscle training and exercise mask helps keep your skin youthful and pliant, apparently! The Bigan Beauty Face Expander works on the cheeks, chin and other areas of the face that sag with age. Use the stretcher for ten minutes per day simply by wrapping the ends of the mask around your ears and placing the mouthpiece between your lips. The way to youthful looking skin in a flash.
Bliss Fatgirlslim Lean Machine, £120
This is the one tool we wish we had to get our bodies summer ready! The lean machine body contouring system delivers effective vacuum-assisted massage action and helps visibly reduce the appearance of cellulite. Along with a healthy diet and regular exercise, it’s a seriously ‘thigh’-tech (and spa-tech-approved) way to help you achieve a smoother, sleeker-looking silhouette.
Breast Gymnastics Hand Massager
Well this is different… The website suggests ‘Normally a woman doesn’t want a hand on her breasts like this uninvited. But this is not what you think. It’s a special massager to help shape and tone your bust into a better form. If you agonize about a sagging bust, don’t worry. You are not alone! And the Breast Gymnastics Hand Massager will be your personal breast sculptor.’
e.l.f. Studio Mascara & Shadow Shield, £4.50
Okay, this too is a pretty handy tool! The silicon flexible and convenient design works to shield your skin against mascara smears and eyeshadow fallout. The reusable and reversible design works on both eyes, under eye or over eye, for easy makeup application. The ideal tool for achieving gorgeous eye looks without smudges and fallout! Great for makeup artists or aspiring makeup artists.
Hana Tsun Nose Straightener
Do you have a complex about your nose? Then reach for the Hana Tsun Nose, a much cheaper alternative to plastic surgery and it doesn’t hurt! The creators say that just 20 minutes per day is enough to strength and straighten your nose to help you achieve that perfect nasal profile you so desire! Priced at £41
Hana Tsun Nose Straightener
“Hana” means nose in Japanese, while “tsun” means to perk or stick up, just like a nose should (physically, not metaphorically!). After slipping this clip gently into your nostrils, the supports on either side will help balance and push up the bones and contours of your nose, so it has an overall sharper, straighter shape, less round and more graceful.
Matsu Iku Globe Head Eyeliner
Now we have to say, this actually looks really handy. Popular Japanese cosmetics manufacturer Rei Natural has created a new kind of eyeliner especially for people who have trouble drawing a straight line. The Matsu Iku Globe Head Eyeliner is the world’s first eyeliner with a ball-shaped head that absorbs lines drawn from unwanted, shaky hand movements. How good is that?! And it’s priced at £21.
Taruman Mouth Exercise Training Figure
The Taruman Mouth Exercise Training Figure helps train parts of your mouth and face that you don’t regularly use. Place the little figure between your lips (use the feet and hands to balance it there) and then close them (but without clenching your teeth). Do this over and again for 3 minutes per day. Sure, you’ll look mental in the office, on your way to work or in front of your partner, but apparently the benefits are genuine. The unique exercise will help tighten the muscles around your mouth and jaw, fighting skin sag and other signs of ageing. Priced at £29
Tweezerman Smooth Finish Facial Hair Remover, £20
Another tool we might actually use on a weekly basis! This Tweezerman facial hair remover effortlessly removes unwanted hairs on neck, chin, cheeks, and upper lip. This handy tool minimises re-growth as it proficiently grasps the entire hair, including the follicle, removing hair at the root. The unique handles and high quality stainless steel coil spring successfully work together to remove areas of unwanted hair without the need for sticky wax or chemicals.
To effectively remove unwanted hair, rest the tip of the flat side of the coil spring on your face and twist the knobs above the coloured handles.
Wakisara Armpit Stickers

Strong and stretchy, the patches are shaped to fit neatly and discreetly over your armpit for the course of a whole day. Perfect for those lightly coloured items and summer on public transport.
