It’s been seven years since Coronation Street actress Kym Marsh tragically lost son Archie, who was born 18-weeks premature.

But in a haunting revelation the 40-year-old has revealed she believes her late son came to visit her, son David and daughter Polly, now five, on the exact minute of his death.

Speaking on the Loose Women panel, Kym- who had Archie and daughter Polly with former husband and Hollyoaks actor Jamie Lomas – said: ‘Every February, on the anniversary, we light candles and send balloons. This year, we were eating dinner and we could hear jumping coming from Polly’s bedroom.

‘We went up and she was asleep. We came back down and we heard the jumping again, but she was definitely asleep.

‘My son David, said: ‘Mum! Look!’ and the chandelier was shaking like someone was jumping above it.

‘Then we could hear a child crying and I went upstairs and Polly was still asleep. It was not Polly. David’s eyes were on stalks.

‘Then we realised it was exactly Archie’s birth minute and there was no other possible explanation for it.’

But while many would find this creepy, Kym – who is now dating personal trainer Matt Baker – says she wasn’t freaked out by it.

She added: ‘It was a bit weird but I felt comfort from it. I thought, this is Archie coming to say hello and that he’s OK.’

The actress went on to reveal, when Polly was 18 months old, she shouted out: ‘Mummy, Archie, Archie.’

And when the family moved home, ‘toys started going off.’

So was it Archie? If it gives Kym comfort, it’s nice to think so.

Despite her past heartbreak the actress seems to be in a happy place at the moment and there’s even talk that her and Matt could get hitched.

‘I feel happier than ever really,’ she said recently. ‘Matt and I are coming up to our one-year anniversary and the time’s flown by.

‘He’s wonderful – I’m very lucky. Matt and I have just moved in to a new home together so I feel like we’ve taken the next step in our relationship now. It’s going well.’

Glad to hear it, Kym.
