The Die With You video features candid, never-seen footage of the superstar couple and their growing family
We were having a pretty average week when along came Beyonce and made our week/month/LIFE.
In typical Queen Bey style, the superstar dropped a brand new video completely unannounced late on Tuesday night, 4th April – which just so happens to be her wedding anniversary with Jay Z!
And the video is an emotional tribute to the man she’s called her husband for the last nine years.
It features lots of candid, never-before-seen personal footage of their life together, including private shots of the couple on holiday, getting their matching finger tattoos and generally just looking super loved up. Aww!

The couple’s daughter, Blue Ivy, also features in the video, taking the emotion levels up to 11.
Both Bey and Jay are seen cradling baby Blue shortly after her birth in 2012, and later there’s also an adorable moment when the superstar offspring – now five – is seen kissing her pregnant mum’s baby belly.
The song – originally shared with the world in 2015 – includes the lyrics: ‘I don’t really need these fingers, if I don’t get to touch your spine / No I don’t need these legs, if I ain’t walkin’ by your side / And I don’t really need to be, if I can’t be with you.’
The video is currently streaming in full exclusively on music service Tidal, which is owned by Jay Z, but Beyonce shared an extended snippet on her Instagram account – sending fans into meltdown.
One enthusiastic follower commented: ‘I’ve watched this a million times and cry everytime. Thank you for showing us real love and family values still exist!’
Another posted: ‘I love this, I love the love I love just love everything, wow, so blessed.’
A third said: ‘If this isn’t the cutest thing you’ve ever seen, then I don’t know.’
And the happy family scenes are only set to continue for Formation star Beyonce and her rapper hubby, as the couple are currently expecting twins – which will take their brood up to three.
But it hasn’t all been plain sailing for the A-list pair. Speculation over Jay Z’s alleged affairs reaching fever pitch last year when Bey released visual album Lemonade – which told the story of someone cheating in a relationship.
Which only makes the happy families vibe of her new video all the more satisfying – long live Queen Bey and her Jay Z!
