Children meet Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie showed off their newborn twins to their other children yesterday.

The actress gave birth by Caesarean to a boy and a girl at a Nice hospital on Saturday.

And now their older siblings have been introduced to Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline, who both weighed in at around 5lbs.

‘The babies are doing well. The operation went just perfectly,’ said Angelina’s doctor Michael Sussmann. ‘Angelina is in very good spirits.

‘Brad Pitt was at her side. He was there and all was well. The mother and father are very, very happy.’

Angelina, 33, and Brad, 44, now have 6 kids – they are also parents to Maddox, 6, Pax, 4, Zahara, 3, and Shiloh, 2.

Meanwhile, the first photos of the twins are said to have been sold to a US publication for £5.5million. The proceeds will go to charity.
