Despite not getting home until 6am after the BRIT Awards, Caroline Flack still had enough energy to head out for a dance class
Despite not getting home until the early hours Caroline donned her dancing shoes and joined X Factor host Dermot, 41, for a dance class at the infamous London Pineapple Dance Studios.
Sharing a picture of the pair posing alongside choreographer Bill Deamer in a mirror Caroline wrote, ‘Just what you need after a 6am finish at the brits is an early dance rehearsal with Bill Deamer and Dermot O’Leary.’
Following the session Caroline revealed on Twitter that all that moving about had left her feeling a little sick.
The presenter wrote, ‘Thanks @radioleary for making me turn green this morning.’
But there’s more to the class than just an excuse for the old friends to have a good boogie together, both Caroline and Dermot are preparing to do their bit to raise money for Comic Relief.
Over the past few weeks Dermot has been busy brushing up his dance skills for his upcoming Dermot’s Day of Dance. The presenter will dance non-stop for 24-hour on 12 March in order to raise money for Red Nose Day.
Meanwhile Caroline is also putting the dancing skills she learnt on Strictly Come Dancing to good use in order to raise money for the charity.
On 8th March the 35-year-old will be joining the likes of Zoe Hardman and Rufus Hound for six hours of sponsored dancing at The SSE Wembley Arena in London.
Since winning Strictly Come Dancing last December Caroline hasn’t been afraid to show off her moves, in fact earlier this week she posted a video of her busting a groove in her living room.
