Comedienne praises Tony Blair
Catherine Tate praised the PM yesterday and called him: ‘one of the finest comic actors of our generation.’
The TV star, 38, who teamed up with Tony Blair for a Red Nose Day sketch said the PM had been a great sport.
‘There was a sense of occasion about it,’ she told The Sun. ‘We were all thinking: this is history.’
Mr Blair borrowed Catherine’s chav schoolgirl character Lauren’s ‘Am I bovvered?’ catchprase during a skit at Number 10.
