‘My son’s one and I had to do something’, she told Hello! magazine.

The 34-year-old – who disappeared from the limelight when she was expecting little Bear – also revealed that she lost her ‘wispy baby hairs’ through pregnancy.

‘They actually went after I had the baby and they’ve grown back’, she said. ‘There’s nothing I can do about them, it is what it is. Sometimes I like them and sometimes in the morning I’m like “Are you serious”.’

Admitting she now looks after herself more since becoming a mum, Chez added: ‘You realise how much you need to take care of yourself and you respect your body a lot more for what it can do – I do, anyway. Taking care of your skin can make you feel good’.

Meanwhile, Chezza has been working hard on new music with her Girls Aloud BFF Nicola Roberts lately all in aid of her huge musical comeback.

And with former One Direction‘s Liam currently touring the world to promote his debut album, X Factor star Cheryl has praised their parents for helping to look after Bear during their hectic work schedules.

When asked how she juggles work and being a mum, Chez said: ‘I just plan ahead. It’s planning not to fail. I’m quite organised when it comes to the baby because I have to be. And if I plan, then I can book in the grandparents.’

Well, that’s what they’re there for, right?
