Cheryl Fernandez-Versini isn't ready to become a mum yet

She’s happily loved-up with her excellently-named husband Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini, but Cheryl Fernandez-Versini isn’t ready to add to their family yet.

The X Factor judge revealed that her nieces and nephews are more than enough for her at the moment, and that she enjoys being able to hand them over to their parents at the end of the day!

‘I have 12 nieces and nephews and I love them to bits but it’s exhausting!’ she told The Sun. ‘Any aunt knows that one of the best things is that…you can hand them back to their parents! I’m enjoying life as an aunt – that’s not changing any time soon.’

Cheryl has previously said in interviews that she was ‘put on this earth to be a mother’ but it looks like it’s fairly far down her list of priorities at the moment. And who can blame her! She’s about to appear on the X Factor, so it’s understandable that she wouldn’t want to scale back her career, and she already has her hands full with her 12 nieces and nephews.

She also counts former Girls Aloud bandmate Kimberley Walsh‘s son Bobby as her nephew, saying she loves being his ‘auntie Chezza’.

Cheryl’s also looking forward to some boozy nights out with fellow judges Rita Ora and Nick Grimshaw, saying: ‘I can tell Grimmy and Rita are going to be trouble on nights out.’

Good on Cheryl for being honest! If we were having as much fun as she is right now, we don’t think we’d be ready for babies either.
