Fitness guru Chloe Madeley loses so much weight for a shoot that she’s lost her boobs and bum

There’s a lot of sacrifices you have to make if you’re working out and working hard – bench presses instead of biscuits, press ups instead of pudding, smoothies instead of sangria – but what you might not think you’d have to sacrific is a part of your body. And no-one knows that better than fitness guru, Chloe Madeley.

The 27-year-old daughter of TV royalty parents, Richard and Judy, is often sharing pics of her every inch of her amazing body on Instagram, as she runs a fitness and nutrition website, Fitness Fondue, and is always preparing for another fitness photo shoot. The girl knows her stuff.

But it seems like she’s lost a couple of inches recently, as she posted a pic of her sideways on, where she looked a lot less curvy than her usual self.
Captioning the snap: ‘I gone done lost my boobs … Sacrifices sacrifices’, she revealed over on her blog, that the reason why she was on such a big weight loss, was for a shoot.

‘I last weighed myself the morning of the holiday and I was 125lbs, which is the lowest I have ever been and probably the lowest I could ever hope to be.’

And as soon as those photographic jobs were over, Chloe headed straight to the airport to jet of to Dubai with boyfriend James Haskell. We like your style Chloe!

‘As soon as my shoots were all tied up, I was quite literally on a plane with my boyfriend headed to Dubai. The first day we were there I managed to stay on track with my diet in that I ate 100 per cent clean, and even though I questioned coming off my diet, I had no interest in it really, so I didn’t.’

That’s some strong willpower – we’ve usually got a croissant and a cocktail in our hand as soon as we’re in the airport!

“I’m not going to lie to you, I thought Oh my God, I’ve turned into one of those amazing fitness freaks who eats clean on holiday! I’ll never fall off the wagon again! But then I woke up the next day, and the hotel chef had made doughnuts, so that was the end of that…’

Ah doughnuts, those little rascals. They always get us.
But a batch of doughnuts might be just what the doctor ordered!

‘I had my abs, but I had totally lost my boobs and booty. A nice reminder that if aesthetics are your goal, sacrifices always have to be made! I haven’t weighed myself since I’ve been back, but going on my reflection alone, I think I’ve gained about half a stone, maybe more, and I’m really happy about it.’

‘My body was telling me, in very loud and very clear ways, that it was ready for a break. I needed to stop training. I needed to stop carb cycling. I needed to give it a minute.’

The blonde beauty reminded us that all the photos we see on social media, isn’t all that it seems, saying that ‘the fitness models, bikini pros and shredded up females you see online are not that lean all year round.’ She shared how it takes months of preparation and muscle building for a temporary result.

She added on Twitter: ‘We ALL get bullied for being too fat, thin, fit. The issue isn’t size, it’s the social mess of the western world.’

We’re loving Chloe’s curvier body as much as she is, as she posed sideways for a pic, with her bum in full view, adding to the pic: ‘Curvier right now & loving it! Booty is soo big, love heavy #lifting, less #cardio & healthy foods en masse!’
