Now's Dan Wootton gets the shocking truth from the under-fire cage fighter
Over the past two months, Alex Reid’s faced accusations about every intimate detail of his private life – particularly his sexual exploits.
But it was on 30 October that he was slapped with the most explosive claims.
Ex-fiancée Chantelle Houghton unleashed a torrent of revelations on her Twitter page, claiming the 37- year-old had cheated on her with men and women and turned her house into a ‘sex dungeon’.
Despite countless allegations and accusations, Alex has refrained from revealing the truth about his sexual preferences in a bid to protect Dolly, his five-month- old daughter with Chantelle, 29.
But now, in our exclusive interview, he speaks out.
‘I want to make it absolutely clear that, whatever I’ve done in my past, from the day I told Chantelle I loved her I never cheated on her, Alex tells Now’s Dan Wootton.
‘I’m a heterosexual guy who likes a bit of kinkiness. I’m obviously sexually liberated and very open-minded.
‘But Chantelle knew everything before we got together.’
Is Alex bisexual?
‘Let me explain it like this – I’m not a smoker, but I’ve tried a cigarette.
‘In my youth I was curious and experimented but I soon found out that I preferred sex with women.’
Chantelle claimed you’ve slept with prostitutes…
‘I’ve slept with prostitutes but that was a long time ago. A lot of men have done that. I’ve had a varied, fun past. I enjoyed a lot of different things.’

Chantelle Houghton‘s rep says:
Chantelle remains adamant she didn’t know about Alex‘s complicated sex life. Her rep says: ‘Alex told Chantelle Roxanne was just a publicity stunt, so she was shocked when she walked in on him dressed up while she was eight months pregnant. She was so upset that she slept on a floor for four days.
‘After she gave birth, she found a text from a man, then Alex confessed to having had sexual experiences with men. She knew things couldn’t work as he’d lied to her from the start and wasn’t the man he claimed to be. It was a devastating blow for a new mum whose fiancé should’ve been honest from the start.’
