Prince William's wife has a busy time ahead
Kate Middleton will make her first ever public address on 19 March.
As Royal Patron, the Duchess of Cambridge will visit The Treehouse hospice in Ipswich, which serves Suffolk and Essex and is run by East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices.
‘The Duchess will tour the facilities including the sensory room and music room, and meet children and their families who receive care and support from the hospice service, as well as staff and supporters,’ EACH writes on its website.
‘A private tour of the bedrooms and care area will also take place.
‘Following the tour, Her Royal Highness will make her first public address, before planting a tree in the grounds of The Treehouse to commemorate her visit.’
And just days before on St Patrick’s Day – 17 March – Kate, 30, will undertake her first solo military engagement.
Now has learnt that Kate‘s extra responsibilities and hectic calendar have left her nerves in tatters – and her mum Carole Middleton, 56, is concerned about her size 6 daughter’s weight.
‘Kate comes from a slim-built family but her mum looks at how skinny she’s become and is telling her to eat more,’ a friend of Carole‘s tells us.
‘She worries Kate‘s pushing herself too hard and not looking after herself by eating balanced meals.’
