The singer sticks up for his girl
Louis Tomlinson‘s mum Johannah has reassured fans that her son didn’t swear at them in Montreal last week.
The One Direction singer, 21, was snapped putting his middle finger up through a car window – leaving some followers worried that he’d insulted them.
But it’s now emerged that Louis was angry at men yelling horrible things at his girlfriend Eleanor Calder, who’d joined him in the Canadian city.
‘I text him this am asking what had happened. His reply: It was not at fans but at men shouting degrading comments ;( xx,’ Tweeted Johannah on Saturday.
Louis and Eleanor, 20, have been together for over a year and looked loved-up as they walked hand-in-hand over the pond.
But this isn’t the first time Louis has got protective over his girl – the Doncaster-born star was furious last year when Directioners sent Eleanor photos of his ex Hannah Walker.
‘Truth of the matter is its actually not funny in the slightest. I’m reading through some horrible tweets very p*ssed off!’ Tweeted Louis.
