Niall is far away from his family
When Niall, 20, told his Twitter fans this week that he’d found a way to catch his football club Derby County FC‘s match from Brazil, his older brother Greg said he’d also tuned in.
Greg, 27, was watching the game with his 10-month-old son and joked to Niall that Theo would love for him to take him on a trip to DCFC‘s ground Pride Park one day.
‘Streaming the game and projecting it on the curtains , c’mon derby !’ Tweeted Niall, along with a photo of his makeshift screen.
Greg replied: ‘@NiallOfficial come in you rams good job nialler Theo says big love uncle Niall and wants too know when is he going pride park.’
Niall – who’s very close to Greg and his wife Denise – is on the South American leg of 1D‘s Where We Are tour, which will also take him to Europe and North America.
Despite being so far away from home, he thinks it’s very important to show his support for DCFC.
‘Huge day today! Gona be saying prayers for @dcfcofficial lads in the first leg of the play offs today! #COYR,’ Niall Tweeted.
