Deborah Edwards think Little Mix have done really well this year

Perrie Edwards‘ mum Deborah reckons Little Mix deserved to be nominated for gongs at the Brit Awards last night.

Some of the group’s fans were upset that Perrie, 20, and her band mates Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Jesy Nelson and Jade Thirlwall weren’t up for any accolades – and Deborah agreed.

‘Really disappointed that little mix didnt get nominated! xxxx,’ Tweeted one Mixer.

Deborah replied: ‘I know disgusting xx.’

Proud mother Deborah later told her followers that she’d love to see the girls – who are currently on tour in the US – perform at the ceremony next year.

Despite Little Mix not making any shortlists, Perrie still had something to celebrate.

Her fiancé Zayn Malik‘s group One Direction nabbed both the Global Success and British Video prizes at the bash.

‘:) party !! Woo thankyou to everyone that’s ever been a part of 1D 🙂 we owe this night to you !! Xx,’ Tweeted a happy Zayn, 21, in the early hours.
