The singer and his wife Ayda Field are having a second baby
Robbie Williams would love to have a son.
The singer, 40, and his wife Ayda Field are expecting their second child and Robbie thinks it’d be great for his daughter Theodora – known as Teddy – to have a younger brother.
‘We don’t know if it’s a boy or a girl but we’re going to find out. If we have a girl, it’ll be totally cool but I would quite like a little boy,’ says Robbie.
‘Last time I said that as long as it was healthy, I didn’t mind. Then we found out we were having a girl and it was a really strange emotion. I was like: “What am I going to do with a girl?”‘
Robbie – who announced Ayda‘s pregnancy on his Twitter page this Monday – married the American actress, 34, in 2010 and they welcomed Teddy two years later.
He’s currently travelling around Europe on his Swings Both Ways tour with Ayda, Teddy, his mother-in-law, dad Pete and his wife – and things are very chilled backstage.
‘It’s a very loving, very safe environment. Our biggest concern these days is that we don’t travel through Teddy‘s nap time,’ says Robbie.
‘We don’t get time to worry about us or the show.’
