The comedian has vowed to change his womanising ways
The comic, 38, reckons he’s the ‘happiest he’s been in his human life’ with charity campaigner Jemima, 39, and is keen to ditch his womanising reputation.
‘I am in a relationship which is unlike anything I have ever experienced before. I really love her. I feel that it is grounded in friendship and well cool,’ says Russell.
‘I am going to be really kind in this relationship and try and change myself. It’s an internal change. I have been meditating and thinking about spiritual stuff.’
Russell first met Jemima through Kate Moss – who he briefly
dated – in 2006 but is believed to have hooked up with her after they
bumped into each other at a charity bash last June.
He’s now so smitten with Jemima that he brought her German Shepherd Brian along to film his appearance on the Jonathan Ross Show tonight.
But Russell‘s actions are bound to come as a bit of a shock to his ex-wife Katy Perry, who he once said he loved ‘in a really pure way’. Jemima seems to have established an even stronger place in his heart.
‘She has a dog called Brian and he is noble. We go for romps in the countryside,’ Russell tells Jonathan, 53.
‘[I feel] really tranquil and peaceful around him.’
