Crohn’s has changed Sam Faiers' priorities

Just two months ago Sam Faiers was on a drip, weighing 6st 7lb and desperately hoping doctors could discover what was wrong with her.

At first she’d been pleased when the weight had started slipping off, crediting her post-break-up workouts and natural fruit slimming pills for helping her shed the pounds.

But soon it became obvious that something was seriously wrong.

After weeks in bed, too frail to move, she was diagnosed with incurable Crohn’s Disease – a digestive condition that had ravaged Sam‘s body, taking her from a size 8 to a tiny size 4.

After the shock diagnosis, Sam, 23, is fighting back. She’s sorted her meds, gained weight and is back with love of her life Joey Essex.’

‘I’ve put on 2st since I was diagnosed, to get back to 8st 7lb. I was 9st when I went on to Celebrity Big Brother, so I’m nearly there,’ Sam tells us.

‘When I went on holiday with my sister Billie and our mum to Dubai recently I overindulged and enjoyed myself. I’ll never diet again.

‘I’m feeling sexy and healthy again now for sure!’
