Footie hunk takes over from David Beckham

Cristiano Ronaldo has been unveiled as the new face of Emporio Armani.

The Real Madrid hunk will model the firm’s underwear and jeans.

Cris, 24, will replace David Beckham starting from spring/summer 2010.

Becks – who signed a rumoured £10million deal with Armani in 2007 – is expected to launch his own range.

‘The pants he modelled became a runaway success,’ a source tells The Sun.

David wants to cash in on the effect he has had.’
