Singer says he's writing new material to record
Gary Barlow has promised Take That fans that the boys will return with new material by December.
He and Mark Owen, 36, Howard Donald, 40, and Jason Orange, 37, are working on new songs in the studio and plan to embark on another tour.
‘We will be back by Christmas. We couldn’t stay away,’ Gary tells The Sun.
‘I haven’t written the songs yet but we are going to be back. There should be a tour as well.
‘We’re workaholics and missed each other. But we’re together and it’s great.’
Meanwhile, Gary, 37, says he’s happy with the way the Take That themed musical Never Forget has turned out.
‘At first I thought it sounded horrible. But the reports I’ve seen have been really good so there must be something good in it,’ he confesses.
‘I’m just worried that they’re better than us.’
Take That scooped the gong for Most Performed Work for hit single Shine at the Ivor Novello Awards held at the Grosvenor House Hotel last night.
