Sean Ward couldn’t be prouder of Georgia May Foote, despite Len Goodman's harsh words about her rumba
But one person who LOVED the sizzling performance was Georgia’s boyfriend Sean Ward, who took to Twitter to post the cutest messages supporting his girl.
Georgia, 24, and dance partner Giovanni Pernice caused a stir when they did a risqué rumba to Sam Smith’s new James Bond theme tune Writing’s On The Wall, with Georgia showing off her gorgeous figure in a revealing sparkly dress.
Head judge Len Goodman was NOT a fan of the racy routine though and hit out at Giovanni for shaking his head whilst the panel were giving their feedback.
‘All that shaking your head gets on my wick, so I’m going to tell you the truth,’ said an annoyed Len.
’Too much posturing, posing and larking about. Two opening outs and one forward basic does not constitute a rumba in my world.’
Eek! Poor Georgia! Luckily her fella Sean is always on her side and labelled the dance ‘unbelievable’.
In fact the former Coronation Street actor spoke of how great he thought the routine was BEFORE Georgia and Giovanni had even taken to the floor.
Awww! Many viewers seemed to agree with Sean and showed their support for Georgia after Len’s shock outburst.
One fan posted on Twitter: ‘You’s danced that rumba to complete perfection! Undermarked yet again!’
Another wrote: ‘Georgia was amazing’
Georgia certainly seemed to enjoy the performance despite the controversy…
Go, Georgia! Let’s hope the actress makes it through tonight’s results show – we can’t wait to see more of her and Giovanni.
Sean is clearly behind Georgia all the way too, despite the fact that he can’t always be with her.
On Friday he posted a funny selfie with his girlfriend and wrote: ‘Missing this peanut head. Good luck tomorrow baby #teamgg’
These two are SO adorable.
Watch the Coronation Street cast send a special message to Georgia May Foote…
