As Beyoncé turns 34 today, we take a look back over the singer's style changes over the years
Who doesn’t love a birthday hey? From pass the parcel to the one too many drinks bought for you on your special day.
However, we doubt Beyoncé will be nibbling on party rings or that we’ll be receiving a Facebook notification for her birthday drinks anytime soon, SO, let’s celebrate Queen B’s 34th birthday by taking a look back at her different looks and styles over time.
Back in the Destiny Child days, the bootlicious singer experimented with blonde locks sashayed her way through the music scene with slinky and strappy dresses.
That was until she bought all sorts os disco-tastic goodness into our lives with glorious afros and metallics galore. She even rocked a frosted lipgloss, and we all know how tricky that look is to nail (let’s hope no-one ever finds the photos of us attempting it back in the noughties….)
Not one to shy away from experimenting with different looks, Bey has rocked every look from blazers with layers on beads, to every crazy print under the sun.
And it’s not just her clothing, oh no siree. Beyoncé’s hair gone from blonde to caramel, golden to black, as well as having it sleek and straight, braided and in an updo.
Fringes and even chopping it all blooming off, Bey always went back to the bouncy and bodylicious curls that we know and known from the Queen.
These days, the mum-of-one who’s married to rapper Jay-Z works a lot more natural look on her days off with preppy bomber jackets and works double denim like no other.
But on stage, Yoncé is still a embellished, sparkle wearing diva, with all the wind machines in the world working that marvellous mane of hers. Work. It.
Happy Birthday Queen Bey – We are not worthy *insert crown emoji*
