Viewers are speculating after a series of 'hints' in recent shows
As a host on one of the nation’s most popular daytime programmes (and a female one at that!), Holly Willoughby must be used to the near-constant speculation about whether she’s got another baby on the way.
However, there have been more whispers than usual in recent weeks – and after a feature on Monday’s edition of the show, some viewers are convinced that Holly’s got a bun in the oven!
Holly and co-host Phillip Schofield welcomed the in-house travel expert, Simon Calder to the studio on Monday (20th March), to answer queries on holidays. And when one viewer called in to ask for a recommendation of somewhere warm, but without risk of the Zika virus.
‘Zika is a nasty, mosquito-born disease. For people like me and Phillip it doesn’t matter at all – we might feel lousy for a few days.
‘But anyone who is pregnant or thinking of becoming pregnant it can be quite serious.’
‘Anyone who’s pregnant, or thinking of becoming pregnant,’ eh!?
For some viewers, Simon’s exclusion of Holly in the group of people who shouldn’t be wary of the Zika virus was enough of a clue that the mum-of-three has plans to extend her family in the near future…
‘”Me and Phil are okay, but people who are pregnant or trying” Holly?’ pointed out one Twitter user, while another said: ‘Didn’t include Holly in his comment about zika but said it affects people who are pregnant or thinking of getting pregnant’…
Seeing as Holly has previously said that she’s open to having more children, this could just be Simon acknowledging that he and Phillip definitely don’t need to worry about becoming pregnant – for obvious reasons.
But fans’ wonderings about Holly possibly being ready for a new baby come soon after fashion guru Trinny Woodall made a reference to Holly having a ‘bump’!
Yet when Holly and Phil appeared on Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway over the weekend, her trim look suggested the opposite of a baby bump.
Keep your eyes peeled, folks…
