The official I'm a Celebrity 2016 line-up has been revealed, and it's going to be AMAZE.
It’s almost that time again…
Yup, we’re about to watch famous people eat unfairly large creepy crawlies in the name of ENTERTAINMENT!
With a brand spankin’ new series of I’m a Celebrity imminently kicking off (Sunday, ITV. Be there or be square), we’ve *finally* been put out our misery… Yup, you guessed it. The line-up for the 2016 series has been officially announced!
And heck, aren’t they a bunch of good lookers?! Say hello to your new 2016 I’m a Celeb crew, folks!
So, let’s take a closer look at the famous faces willing to neck creepy-crawlies and sit up to their eyeballs in spiders for our entertainment…
You’re excited, we’re excited, *everyones* excited. Yup, our very favourite Gogglebox ‘gal is headed to the jungle- bringing with her an entire suitcase full of hilarious one-liners, no doubt.
You may recognise Adam from one of his acting stints, as the 28-year-old has been in both Emmerdale and Waterloo Road. Oh, and he’s part of a pretty well known clan of brothers (Scott Thomas of Love Island and Ryan Thomas of Corrie)… they’re a bit like the UK’s version of the Kardashian’s.
If Kim Kardashian starred in Love Island, that is.
As in, ‘TV-gold-Carol-Vorderman’. Yup, 55-year-old TV presenter Caroline has packed her bags and is headed down under.
And, whilst Caroline is up for all the scary tasks, we won’t catch her getting her hair wet any time soon- ‘I’m not a scaredy cat but I am not a great swimmer. I won’t be very good at the underwater tasks’.
31-year-old comedian Joel Dommett is headed for that Ausssie outback, meaning we’re probably looking at this years camp funny-man.
However, single Joel isn’t planning on any camp-romance, sharing ‘I’m not looking to find love in the Jungle. I will try not to let feelings be known whilst an entire nation watches’.
Forget the flight, this ‘fella is probably body popping (or whatever it is that dancers do) down to Ausland. Yup, Jordan Banjo of the dance super-group Diversity with be gracing our screens!
Ex-Eastenders bad guy 68-year-old Larry Lamb is another soapstar set to take the on the jungle! So, Larry, what can we expect?! Well, Larry predicts that he’ll ‘probably will get a little bit grumpy with no food’.
Radio and TV presenter Lisa Snowden is ready to take on those wittchety grubs- having shared, ‘I am at the stage in my life where it’s good to be challenged… I know it is a bit extreme to go into the Jungle but I want to step outside my comfort zone’.
She’s got an Olympic gold medallist, and now she’s after a Bushtucker Trial triumph. Yup, Hockey player Sam has even been training for the Aussie outback- ‘My boyfriend came up to me the other day with a spider in his hand… He told me I really needed to practice’.
Foxtrotting her way into the campsite, Miss Ola Jordan of Stictly Come Dancing is another official member of the 2016 camp! Ola says, ‘I won’t start an argument in there but 100 per cent I will say my thing if I need to’.
As in Mr Frankie Bridge, footballer Wayne is going down under! And it probably doesn’t help that he’s scared of ‘absolutely everything’. Rats, spiders, snakes, the lot.
Hmm… wrong show, Frankie. Wrong show.
