It turns out £50,000 a month gets you a lot for your money...

Where’s a multimillionaire pop star to live? Well, if you’re Justin Bieber with a £140 million fortune to tap into, a £50,000-a-month Toluca Lake mansion in Los Angeles should cut it.

Justin, 22, is renting out this incredible 10-bedroom lakeside property – complete with its very own boat and dock, not to mention a lavish swimming pool. Oh, and don’t forget the enormous fake crocodiles that stand guard at the property’s entrance.

And that’s not all. The swanky abode also boasts 16 bathrooms (make sure you don’t run out of loo roll) a screening room, a state-of-the-art gym and a games room. Jealous much?

But we wonder what the locals make of Justin’s arrival. After all, the A-lister isn’t exactly a breeze to live next door to. In 2014, he was ordered to pay £60,000 in damages and complete five days’ community service after egging his former neighbours Jeff and Suzanne Schwartz’s Calabasas pad. And as a youngster growing up in Ontario, Canada, he allegedly threw fruit into people’s pools and terrorised their cats. We’re guessing no one’s in if he pops over to borrow a cup of sugar…

JUSTIN BREAKS HIS SILENCE ON HIS ALLEGED FIST FIGHT WITH A FAN!?

INSIDE JUSTIN’S CRIB…

36,000 square feet of luxury

Justin’s new place is like paradise, with a spa, cinema room, gym and games area. He’s got a choice of six outdoor seating areas and incredible views of the lake from his two front-facing terraces.

The roof’s a diving board

Dangerous tombstoning seems popular with Justin and his pal Rory Kramer, who’s leapt from the balcony into the pool.

A swanky guest house

If Justin has a massive party and all 16 bedrooms are occupied, he’s still got a plush guest house to put up the rest of his mates.

Nice crocs

What’s a swanky mansion without two huge blue crocodiles, eh? Great for scaring off overeager fans.

Ahoy, Justin

That’s right, Justin has his own dock, complete with a 14ft electric boat to motor around the lake.

Trampoline? Or secret trap door?

We like to think this trampoline is where Justin gets his worst enemies to bounce into a holding area for all non-Beliebers.

Chess, anyone?

For some reason, the rich and famous seem to love oversized chess boards. And Justin is no different. Checkmate.
