Prince Harry is 'madly in love' with Cressida Bonas - but he also has deep feelings for ex Chelsy Davy

Prince Harry‘s girl Cressida Bonas, 24, has reportedly told pals she’s ‘scared by all Harry‘s talk of marriage and settling down’.

But our source reveals that her real fear is her Achilles heel: Chelsy Davy, 27.

Cressida would love nothing more than to spend the rest of her life with Harry, 28, but she has her suspicions that Chelsy knows exactly how to play him – she worries that if Chelsy decides to click her fingers, Harry will drop everything and go running.

And if that happens, then history could repeat itself – Harry‘s bond with Chelsy is reminiscent of his father Prince Charles‘s feelings for Camilla Parker Bowles while he was married to Princess Diana.

Harry was and probably still is besotted with Chelsy,’ reveals our source.

‘It’s like what happened with Charles and Camilla – throughout all the years that they weren’t together, he couldn’t get her out of his head.’

‘It’s well known that Harry and Chelsy had a turbulent relationship during their time together.

Harry‘s a fiery redhead but he was actually the softer one,’ says our source.

‘They had lots of disagreements but ultimately the sexual chemistry was clear for everyone to see.’

In a letter home to a former schoolfriend in 2004, Harry wrote that Chelsy was ‘the love of my life – this one’s unreal’.

And he chose his 21st birthday celebration in 2005 to confirm that she was officially his girlfriend.

They briefly split in 2007 and again in 2009, but Chelsy ensured she captured Harry‘s full attention when she partied with the captain of the South African cricket team Graeme Smith three months later.

Meanwhile Harry was rumoured to have had a fling with TV presenter Caroline Flack, but reunited with Chelsy just eight months later.

They finally split for good in 2010 when she ditched plans to work in the UK to return to South Africa.

Harry went on to date model Florence Brudenell-Bruce in 2011 but the relationship only lasted two months.

Then early last year Harry‘s cousin Princess Eugenie introduced him to her good friend Cressida.

Despite Cressida‘s concern because Chelsy is now single and back in the UK, close friends of Harry have advised her to stay calm if she wants to bag her prince.

And she has an unlikely ally in the shape of Eugenie‘s mother Sarah Ferguson, Duchess of York, who’s said to have been the driving force behind the wedding plans and has been urging Harry to propose.
