Stephanie and Jeremy's road to romance has never been rockier
Stephanie Davis and Jeremy McConnell‘s relationship has certainly seen some tough times, and as recently as last week, some differences in perspectives had fans wondering whether their romance was coming to an end again.
However, Stephanie has made it clear that she’d be sticking by him through thick and thin – and a series of loved-up social media posts illustrate that they’re enjoying each other’s company once more.
Their current state of harmony is set to be rocked, however, as it has been confirmed that Jeremy will be charged for assaulting Stephanie earlier this year – and is due to appear in court on Wednesday (10th May).
Jeremy, 27, will be answering allegations made in March, tomorrow – despite the couple currently being together.
‘Merseyside Police can confirm Jeremy, 27 years, of Swords, Ireland has been charged with assault and criminal damage following an incident in Rainhill on 9 March 2017,’ a police spokesperson reported.
‘He is due to appear at Liverpool Magistrates Court on Wednesday, 10 May 2017.’
In March, Jeremy was arrested in Liverpool, following reports of an assault and criminal damage – and spent much of April at a rehab facility, dealing with drug issues.
In a lengthy statement on Twitter last week, 24-year-old Steph told fans how proud she was of his development:
‘Proud of this one. What a man he’s become. Hope I can make you proud the way you have made me,’ she gushed in an Instagram post.
