Lauren, you’re in great shape! What’s your one killer workout move?

I tend to stick to moves that work my abs, legs and bum because they’re the bits I like to keep in shape the most. I love moves like band core twists and standing rows with squats. I use the Opti Stretch Set because they’re so versatile.

Have you got a workout buddy?

I love working out with friends. I think it takes away the intimidation of not knowing what you’re doing because you’ve got someone to bounce off. It also makes it good fun– you can have a gossip.

Do you follow any motivational Instagram pages?

Bradley Simmonds has a great Insta page. He posts lots of his clients’ workouts and they’re really varied. We keep saying we’ll do a workout together when I get some time in London.

What are your favourite and least favourite body parts?

My favourite part of my body is my abs. I never say my least favourite – why would I point out my flaws to the world?

Do you have a guilty food pleasure?

Anything chocolatey on a Sunday if I’m hungover. I’m terrible with it– I’m all or nothing.

Are you a fan of any health apps?

Deliciously Ella’s recipe app. I use a lot of her snack and dessert ideas. She has a great avocado chocolate mousse on there.

Any foods you always avoid?

I try to avoid white carbs. They give me the worst stomach cramps and bloat. I have Super Elixir powder every morning in a glass of water – it really helps with bloating.
