Lily praises her man's abilities

Lily Allen is happy to brag about husband Sam Cooper‘s prowess as a lover.

The singer penned the cheeky tune L8 CMMR on latest album Sheezus about her man, where she praises him for being great in bed, but it seems that Sam isn’t thrilled about it.

‘I think he’s embarrassed,’ says Lily, 29.

‘He’s a very shy person. He likes to go to the pub and hang out with the lads but he’s not like, “Wahey! My wife’s singing about how good I am in bed!”

‘It’s more, “Oh God, really? Do you have to?” And I have to go, “It’s not really about you, it’s just an idea.”

‘But of course it’s about him.’

Lily married Sam in 2011 and the couple are parents to daughters Ethel, 2, and Marnie, 1.

The former wild child is clearly still loved-up with her hubby and admits that settling down has given her a sense of belonging.

‘I love my parents and I love my brother and sister more than anything,’ Lily tells Telegraph Magazine.

‘But I never felt I had someone looking out for me. Since I’ve had my husband and had my children I suddenly feel, “That’s my lot”, do you know what I mean?’
