Could Sinitta take on the LW ladies?

What are weekdays without a lunchtime edition of Loose Women? Candid chats and heated debates with our fave celebs – all while cosied up on the sofa with a cuppa.

Well, now it looks like the nation’s favourite daytime chatshow could be about to face some BIG competition after it was revealed TV star, Sinitta is in talks for a brand new programme featuring an all-female panel.

Sound familiar?

Well, the show – which is called The Raw Deal – may sound like LW, but it’s actually set to shine a light on ethnic diversity and issues affecting black women.

And we’re pretty excited about the 53-year-old’s new gig considering insiders are convinced it could ‘change the face of British TV’ and even rival ITV’s Loose Women.

‘Sinitta has had several big meetings with channel execs,’ a source told The Sun.

‘The idea is a very fresh one and the ladies have already recorded a pilot show. It could help to change the face of British TV.’

SO, who’s joining the 80s pop sensation on her brand, spanking new panel? Well, despite only being in the initial stages the star has already lined up some stellar ladies to sit alongside her.

The presenters reportedly signed up include All Saints singer Shaznay Lewis, former Xtra Factor host Sarah-Jane Crawford and model Talulah-Eve.

Exciting stuff!

And it looks like this isn’t the only telly spot the former singer is after, as Sinitta admitted she’s desperate to claim a spot on the X Factor panel alongside her good pal and ex-boyfriend, Simon Cowell when the show returns later this year.

When asked by Lorraine last year whether she’d like to be a judge, the star said: ‘Are you joking? I have begged, screamed and cried… I think I’ve tried everything to get on it – it hasn’t happened.’

Before adding: ‘I think he’s [Simon Cowell] just doing it on purpose.’

Well, it looks like Sinitta has set her sights on an even bigger project now!
