Michelle reveals some slightly odd diet advice

Michelle Keegan showed off her perfect size 8 body recently on holiday at the Buccament Bay Resort hotel on the Caribbean island of St Vincent last week.

But the Corrie actress tucks into one of the most random meals to keep in shape: a super noodle sarnie with a slice of turkey on the side!

Michelle’s Twitter feed may be littered with pictures of chocolate and Sunday roasts, but she’s careful with her diet.

Her biggest diet secret is crumpets. They only contain 90 calories so they’re the perfect breakfast or snack.

Michelle, 25, says she’s no gym bunny but knows healthy eating and exercise is the key to looking good.

‘I go through stages,’ she reveals.

‘One month I’ll be at the gym a lot, the next not at all.

While Michelle enjoys the odd vodka Red Bull on a night out, she sticks to drinking water most of the time, which helps you feel full and is great for your skin.

When it comes to baring all on the beach, she admits: ‘I’ve still got insecurities, which I think every girl’s got.

‘I’m not 100 per cent confident with my body, but I’m quite laid-back about it.’
