Strictly's Nat is eating stodgy junk food - but she's still losing weight

Training for Strictly Come Dancing up to nine hours a day, six days a week, Natalie Cassidy, 26, has lost nearly a stone in weight.

And that’s despite her still tucking into her favourite treats of biscuits, doughnuts and chips.

A source reveals: ‘Nat’s so determined to win, she’s really putting the hours in. Her dance partner Vincent Simone is furiously ambitious, too, so he’s working her hard to get the routines right.

‘They might have Sundays off, but the rest of the time they’ll be in the studio in London’s West End rehearsing over and over again.

‘The funny thing is that she’s still eating all her favourite naughty foods, although she’s given up booze.’

One of Nat’s biggest supporters is boyfriend Adam Cottrell, 29, who supported his girlfriend from the Strictly audience last week.

Nat has described Adam as ‘the one’, despite only meeting him in June at the Isle of Wight festival.

Our source adds: ‘She was bigger then, of course, but he absolutely fills her with confidence. It’s one of the reasons Nat felt strong enough to put herself in the frontline with Strictly.

‘She’s always talking about him during training or rehearsals for the show – she really is smitten.’
