After many months on the road with One Direction, Niall Horan is very ready to see his loved ones again
We’ve always had a bit of a soft spot for Niall Horan so whenever he seems upset we feel pretty upset too.
So imagine our heartbreak when the busy One Direction star revealed that he’s not been home since LAST CHRISTMAS. That’s a LONG time – there’s already stuff in the shops for this year’s festive season after all…
Niall, 22, made the sad confession on Twitter yesterday as he got excited about FINALLY getting back to his native Republic of Ireland this week – yay!
We’re thrilled to hear that the Horans can expect young Niall back very soon (get the kettle on, folks!) but it’s still breaking our hearts that it’s been so long and many Directioners feel the same.
‘aww babe that must be hard.. ,’ one commented, whilst another wrote: ‘that’s actually sad I mean it’s october’
Meanwhile one stunned Tweeter posted: ‘SINCE CHRISTMAS????????’ Er, yep.
It certainly sounds like Niall is ready for a bit of chill time. The singer admitted after 1D performed at Birmingham’s Barclaycard Arena last night that he was in need for a good kip…
Awww, get some rest, Nialler! The heartthrob star also hinted that he’d love to be at the Rugby World Cup supporting the Irish side.
When the team sent him a Tweet asking if he was free next week to come and hang out in Cardiff with them, Niall said: ‘I wish’
Never mind, Niall, maybe you can catch it on the box…
We’re not surprised the music star is ready for a breather after what’s been a manic year for One Direction.
Firstly there was the shock of Zayn Malik leaving the band in March shortly into their On The Road Again Tour, after which the lads vowed to carry on as a foursome.
Then ANOTHER bombshell dropped over the summer when it emerged that Louis Tomlinson is set to become a dad next year as LA-based stylist Briana Jungwirth is pregnant with his baby.
All the while 1D have continued to perform all over the globe AND make a new album which is due to release next month. Phew, these boys are busy!
Let’s hope Niall makes the most of his time at home.
