Gemma loves kick boxing
Former glamour model Gemma Atkinson loves keeping fit.
‘I train six days a week – I absolutely love it,’ she tells us.
‘I’m not one of those people who can eat what she likes and not put weight on, so even if I’m on holiday I’ll bring my gym bag with me.
‘I do spin classes, cycling and even kick boxing, as my boyfriend [Liam Richards] runs an academy.’
Gemma, 27, also believes in embracing your natural shape.
‘In photos I always look huge compared to my friends, but I like the muscular look and love my toned arms,’ she says.
‘But my feet are disgusting and my toenails are a mess because of kick boxing. I’ve only had two pedicures in my life.’
