Singer has become a dad for the second time

Robbie Williams and Ayda Field have become parents to a baby boy.

But rather than just sitting patiently by his wife’s side as she went into labour yesterday, Robbie had a wacky way of showing his emotions.

The singer kept fans up-to-date with the situation at the hospital by sharing live video blogs on his YouTube channel and sending out a series of Tweets.

The 40-year-old can be seen dancing about the delivery room to his own hit Candy in one clip.

In another, the handsome hitmaker belts out a rendition of Let It Go from Disney flick frozen, making a nurse giggle.

Ayda, 35, obviously wasn’t too bothered by her husband’s humorous behaviour as she joined in the fun by busting out her own racy routine to Iggy Azalea’s tune Fancy before giving birth.

The American TV actress – who rose to fame on soap opera Days Of Our Lives – also made sure she looked glam for the occasion by rocking a towering sparkly pair of Christian Louboutin stilettos.

Despite his silly mood, it’s clear that former Take That member Robbie found the whole experience quite overwhelming.

‘I’ve never been more in love, and I’ve never been more proud of my wife. She’s been absolutely astonishing,’ he told admirers in the final piece of footage titled ‘No Moms Were Harmed’.

‘The universe has presented itself to us again and it’s been a very emotional, amazing few hours and we’re really happy and honoured that you experienced the journey with us.’

Robbie and Ayda – who tied the knot in 2010 at a ceremony in the States – also have a little girl named Theodora Rose, 2, together.
