1D's Louis Tomlinson does his bit for a good cause

One Direction’s Louis Tomlinson will be a mix of nerves and excitement today as his pub football team Three Horseshoes take on Doncaster Rovers in a charity match at the Keepmoat Stadium in his hometown of Doncaster.

Louis, 20, bought Three Horseshoes in August, sorting them out a smart set of Nike strips and arranging Yorkshire Tea as a sponsor.

He hopes the lads perform well.

‘The big day today, I’m nervous,’ Louis Tweeted this morning.

‘Anyone who wants to come to the game that doesn’t have a ticket don’t worry you can pay on the turnstile :).’

The Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice, who will benefit from the game, has been a charity close to Louis’s heart since he visited the centre in 2011 with the rest of One Direction.

And his 1D band mates are backing Louis all the way.

‘I’m looking forward to watching @Louis_Tomlinson support Blue Bell Wood, it’s a great cause,’ Tweeted Harry Styles.

‘He’s worked hard and you can still get tickets!’

Niall Horan also told his followers: ‘Let’s raise as much money as possible for bluebell childrens hospice in sheffield!

‘And it will be a great day! I personally can’t wait.’
