Aww! Looks like he's going to take to fatherhood like a duck to water!
He’s set to become a dad in the new year and Louis Tomlinson was putting in some good practice as he hosted a children’s charity ball dedicated to terminally ill children.
The One Direction star, who turned up to the event with his pal and bandmate Liam Payne, was spotted spending some quality time the little ones, who were told to dress up like princesses and princes at the Cinderella-themed Believe in Magic charity ball, held in London’s National History Museum.
Four-year-old Eleanor Stollery, who has an inoperable brain tumour which has taken her eyesight, was pictured cuddling in to the famous singer. A Twitter account for Eleanor uploaded the treasured picture alongside the caption: ‘Here is the Prince of the #BelieveInMagicBall @Louis_Tomlinson with Princess Eleanor. @onedirection #eleanorsvoice.’
Louis, who is expecting his first child with Briana Jungwirth, is rumoured to have told the tiny tot he wished she could see just how beautiful she looks. And in a video uploaded by a fellow guests, the star is heard softly singing Frozen anthem Let It Go to one of the little girls. So adorable!
During the night, the 23-year-old dad-to-be, who organised face-painting, dinosaur exhibitions and goodie bags for the kids, gushed in a speech: ‘I think every child deserves to have their first dance and prom, so thank you for being with me tonight. It’s an honour. You’re all my princesses and prince charmings, tonight and always.’
Louis, who is said to have donated £2 million to the charity as well as organising the event with the help of his mum Johannah Deakin and buying presents for the children, obviously had an absolute ball as he tweeted fans: ‘Wow,what an incredible night! I hope Meg, Jean and my beautiful Mum feel very proud for creating such a fantastic night for everyone !!!’ He added: ‘Thank you so much for everyone who helped and attended tonight !’
Entertainment included a performance by last year’s X Factor winner Ben Haenow.
After Ben uploaded a pic of him with Louis and Liam, writing: ‘Brilliant event for a great cause @Louis_Tomlinson @Real_Liam_Payne. #BelieveInMagicBall,’ Louis responded: ‘absolutely smashed it mate ! Loved your acoustic covers!! Thanks again, take care ! X.’
Earlier this month Louis revealed he was ‘buzzing on news he is expecting his first baby with American model Briana.
