The lol-tastic actress is 'feeling great' after shedding over half a stone on a weight loss camp
What have you done since last Friday night? We’ve eaten two and a half pizzas, binge-watched Netflix and drank more than our RDA of wine (no judgement).
Rebel Wilson, on the other hand, has put us all to shame by losing a whopping eight pounds – over half a stone – in just four days. Wowsers!
The How To Be Single star spent a long weekend at swanky weight loss camp The Ranch 4.0 in California where she hiked her way to the incredible achievement – leaving her not only looking great, but ‘feeling great’ too!
Sharing a shot of herself looking super pumped mid-hike in the beautiful Malibu hills, the Aussie actress revealed it had been a ‘challenging’ four days, but was deservedly chuffed with the results.
‘OMG just finished 4 fantastic days at #TheRanch4.0 …so challenging but very rewarding!’ Rebel wrote.
She added: ‘Not to mention I lost 8 pounds from marathon hiking over the 4 days! Thanks to the amazing staff and masseuses (free daily massages are part of the program)!! Feeling great!!’
Her post was met with enthusiastic support from some of her 2.9 million Instagram followers, with one commenting: ‘You look fantastic your the best and a big motivater for me to lose weight and get fit.’
Another wrote: ‘Thats awesome Rebel keep up the really good efforts…. Your my inspiration!!’
A third added: ‘You inspire me you, hilarious, beautiful, woman! My fat ass needs to do some hills!!! You look amazing!’
And we have to agree – she really does look amazing! Happy, healthy and as kick-ass as ever. She might just inspire us to ditch the pizza and wine this weekend…
