Former Take That bandmates reunite

Robbie Williams and Gary Barlow will release a single together later this year.

The track, entitled Shame, is co-written by the two stars and is set for release in October.

Working on the number has been the first time Robbie and Gary have treamed up since Robbie left Take That 15 years ago.

Shame will be the first track to be released from Robbie‘s forthcoming double CD album In And Out Of Consciousness: The Greatest Hits 1990-2010.

‘The great thing about the album is that it’s not only a celebration of my past but also a bridge to the future,’ says Robbie.

‘The fact that part of the future includes a name from my past makes it all the more poignant.’

Since leaving Take That,Robbie, 36, has had a successful solo career.

Gary, 39, went solo for a few years before reforming Take That without Robbie in 2005.
