Apprentice Ruth Badger gets her own Sky TV show

She may have been runner-up on The Apprentice but there is no doubt that Ruth Badger stole the show.

And now the 27-year-old’s blunt-speaking and brilliant business-sense has been rewarded with her own brand new TV series.

The Badger will be the top adviser on The Big Idea – a search for Britain’s brightest entrpreneur.

The Sky One show, described as a cross between The Apprentice and Dragon’s Den, will give contestants a chance to showcase a creation or idea to a panel of judges – led by Ruth – in a bid to win £100,000 to invest in their business.

Michelle Dewberry, who beat The Badger to first place and went on to work for Sir Alan Sugar, is currently on leave from her £100,000 job after becoming pregnant by co-star Syed Ahmed.
