Hayley's certainly got everyone talking...

Love Island 2018 star Hayley Hughes has really got viewers talking right now and Scarlett Moffatt was amongst those to call her out for her latest remarks.

The former Gogglebox star couldn’t help poking fun at Hayley during Monday night’s episode when she made a bizarre comment about previous love interest Eyal Booker during a date with a new islander.

Hayley, 21, explained that she had struggled to connect with Eyal as he was ‘too deep’ for her because he asked her questions like ‘what’s your favourite animal?’. Erm, okay.

The remark left viewers stunned and Scarlett compared Hayley’s comment to something her cousin – who is FIVE – would say.

‘“He was too deep for me, asking like- what’s your favourite animal?” Hayley – my 5 year old cousin asks girls in his class questions like this ha!! #loveisland,’ the Newcastle lass quipped on Twitter.

It sounds like Scarlett actually has a bit of a soft spot for Hayley though, having gone on to reply to one of her followers: ‘I actually love her though ha’

Others found it quite amusing too, but many haven’t been so impressed with her other antics and hit out at her during the show.

Celebs Go Dating star Nadia Essex had harsh words for the Liverpudlian model and accused her of leading Eyal on just to stay in the game.

‘Hayley isn’t savage. Hayley is a snake. It annoys me when pretty girls like her get away with murder cause of how she looks. Glad we, the public, can see her for the vile human she is #LoveIsland,’ she tweeted. Ouch.

And former islander Nathan Massey wrote: ‘Hayley is playing the biggest game I’ve ever seen. what a Jekyll’

Meanwhile others have questions whether Hayley is really all that she seems, especially after she asked during Monday night’s episode: ‘What’s an earlobe?’

‘Hayley cannot be THAT stupid?! She’s got to be putting this on? How do you not know what an earlobe is?’ one fan tweeted.

Yep, this islander is definitely a talking point!
