Who knew Scotty could be so political?
Love Island has had the nation hooked this year and it’s got many celeb viewers talking too.
Last night *SPOILER ALERT* was a typically dramatic episode which saw Malin Andersson leave the villa in a shock eviction, much to the devastation of her love interest Terry Walsh.
Terry even promised to follow her out of the show but a preview clip at the end suggested that he might change his mind about that…
Whilst Terry was upset about Malin, 23, having to leave, many viewers seemed to feel the opposite way and took to Twitter to admit they were glad she’d been evicted.
This included none other than Geordie Shore star Scotty T, who pretty much won Twitter with his amusing posts about it all.
The Newcastle lad got all political and compared Malin’s exit to today’s vote on whether Britain should leave or remain in the European Union.
‘After the UK voting Malin out I can honestly say I trust the UK to make the right decision on the Brexit tomorrow #LoveIsland,’ Scotty, 28, told his Twitter followers. LOLs.
He also reflected on what had been an eventful day in the TV world, what with Malin’s departure AND some big shocks in the Euro 2016 football championship.
Scotty cheekily Tweeted: ‘What A day.. Ireland through. Iceland through. Malin booted of of Love island. All I need is a threesome tonight and I’m sorted!’
Oh Scotty, what are you like?!
Fans of the Celebrity Big Brother winner praised his sense of humour, with one commenting: ‘that might be one of the best tweets to ever grace twitter’
Another wrote: ‘gwannnnn Scotty t’
Scotty wasn’t the only celeb to react to Malin’s Love Island exit.
Jodie Marsh seemed as pleased as Scotty, having Tweeted: ‘Did someone say Malin is out????? #HelloTerry’
Meanwhile Casey Batchelor was shocked by the twist.
‘Just when you think you’re safe and Malin goes! #loveisland This will shake up the villa. Will Terry stay, this is the question??!’ she posted.
That is the question indeed, Casey.
