Former EastEnders star went to drastic lengths to beef up
In the spoof movie he sports rippling abs, leather pants and a thick beard. And Sean, 32, says that his new muscle-man body was a feat of effort and determination.
‘I worked out for 4 hours a day to get that body – guzzling protein shakes, working out for 2 hours, coming home, resting, eating, protein shakes again and supplements and back to the gym, working out for another 2 hours,’ he says.
Ex-EastEnders star Sean, who played Walford FC footballer Aidan Brosnan from 1993-4, has been based in the States for the past 7 years.
His career is going well but he says he won’t let his success go to his head.
‘Meet The Spartans has done really well but that can change in a minute,’ he tells Look.
‘I’m very aware I could be back begging for a job in a heartbeat.’
