The royal correspondent – and friend of Prince Charles – reveals that Wills, 29, though mature and responsible now, was rather naughty as a youngster.
Young Wills was dubbed ‘Billy the basher‘ at nursery, whilePrincess Diana called him ‘your Royal naughtiness‘.
Even the Queen made it known his behaviour was ‘not acceptable’.
Aged four, he was snapped sticking his tongue out at cousin Laura Fellowes at Prince Andrew’s wedding.
