Una was the first Saturdays singer to get pregnant

Una Healy doesn’t need to give Frankie Sandford any parenting advice.

The Irish singer was the first member of The Saturdays to have a baby when she welcomed daughter Aoife Belle in March 2012 and Rochelle Humes followed suit when she had Alaia-Mai in May 2013.

Frankie, 25, is the newest mum following the birth of son Parker in October but Una thinks she’s doing great.

Frankie is very confident in being a mum,’ says Una, 32.

She hasn’t really asked Rochelle or me for advice but she knows we’d be there.’

Una – who is married to rugby hunk Ben Foden – is pleased that the group are able to balance family life with their jobs.

I think we are all growing up and we are meeting people we want to marry and then have a baby with,’ the mum-of-one tells TV Extra.

It’s great that we can do that. This couldn’t happen in the beginning; we are adapting to family life and are still able to maintain the work with the band.

I got pregnant first and paved the way to show that it can be done: being in a band and having a baby. It’s not the end, we just adapt!’
