We take a look at where the main actors from epic 90s comedy-film Wayne's World have ended up now…

‘We’re not worthy!’ we endlessly quipped in the 90s when we thought shoulder length hair on boys wearing trucker caps was cool.

‘It’s Wayne’s World, Wayne’s World, party time, excellent!’ Yes, it is. And after the main cast recently reunited on Saturday Night Live – it go us wondering what they’d been up to since making ‘Scha-wing!’ the ultimate compliment.

Mike Myers (Wayne), Dana Carvey (Garth), Rob Lowe (Benjamin Oliver), Tia Carrere (Cassandra) and Lara Flynn-Boyle (Stacy) all appeared on the show, along with director Penelope Spheeris and producer Lorne Michaels.

But what do the actors look like now, and what have they been up to since the 1992 babeilicious movie?

Wayne

Mike Myers, now 51, continued acting since the film and has enjoyed starring roles in Austin Powers, the voice of Shrek and several Saturday Night Live sketches. In 2013, Myers made his directorial debut in Supermensch: The Legend of Shep Gordon. Mike married actress and comedy writer Robin Ruzanin late 1993, but the pair divorced in 2005. One year later, he met café owner Kelly Tisdale who he went on to wed in 2010. Together, they have one son and one daughter: Spike and Sunday.

Garth

59-year-old Dana Carvey is most famous for his Saturday Night Live comedy sketches, which won him an Emmy Award for Outstanding Individual Performance in a Variety or Music Program. A few film roles followed, but, after marrying Paula Zwagerman in 1983 and having two sons (Dex, 1991 and Thomas, 1993), Carvey said he wanted to focus on his family. In 1997, Dana underwent heart bypass surgery for a blocked artery – but the surgeon operated on the wrong artery. He was later awarded $8 million in damages, which he donated to charity.

Cassandra

She was ‘a fox,’ a babe’ and even a ‘robo-babe’ in the film but since the filml, Tia Carrere, now 48, continued to act in films such as The Immortals, Scooby-Doo and Disney’s Lilo & Stitch. She also took part in Dancing with the Stars and The Celebrity Apprentice. Tia has been divorced twice: first from film procuder Elie Samaha (m. 1992-2000) after she accused him of an affair with a married woman, and second from photojournalist Simon Wakelin (m. 2002-2010) with whom she has one daughter, Bianca, now 10-years-old.

Stacy

Lara Flynn-Boyle, 44, has also enjoyed a successful acting career since Wayne’s World, with roles in Twin Peaks, Happiness and Men in Black II. Lara has dated Twin Peaks partner Kyle MacLachian, comedian David Spade, Jack Nicholson and John Patrick Dee III, whom she was married to from 1996-1998. Now, Lara has been married for 8 years to real-estate investor Donald Ray Thomas II.

Benjamin Oliver

Famous actor Rob Lowe, 50, is as beautiful now as during his Wayne’s World heyday. Since the film, he has become an acting success with roles in Austin Powers, The West Wing, Brothers & Sisters, Parks and Recreation, The Interview and Sex Tape. But in 1998, Lowe

was involved in a sex scandal of his own after a tape of him with two

women he met in a nightclub, one 16-years-old and the other 22, was

leaked and allegedly damaged his public image.

Rob‘s

relationships have also been a little sticky. In 1984, he allegedly

cheated on his girlfriend of 3 years, Melissa Gilbert, with fellow The Hotel New Hampshire actress Nastassja Kinski. Gilbert then reportedly slept with Lowe‘s best friend John Cusack out of revenge. Rob

split with Gilbert in 1986 and began dating Princess Stephanie of

Monaco – but ended up back with Gilbert who he quickly became engaged

to. The pair broke up again when expecting their first child together,

before Gilbert had a miscarriage.

Lowe then met Sheryl Berkoff who he married in 1991. They have two sons: Matthew (1993) and John (1995).

Anyone up for a Wayne’s World 3? ‘Party time, excellent!’
