Fans are left wondering after Beyoncé Knowles changes the words of one of her songs on stage in the US

They’ve been battling rumours about the state of their marriage since the release of shocking footage of Beyoncé‘s sister Solange attacking Jay-Z in May.

Now, speculation about Beyoncé and Jay-Z‘s relationship has reached fever pitch after Bey changed the lyrics to one of her songs – about cheating.

Following the lift incident, a barrage of whispers were unleashed about the music mogul’s alleged infidelities with everyone from Rihanna to rapper Liv and singer Mya – which Beyoncé and Jay-Z
have denied.

Mya, 34, also responded on Instagram, saying: ‘Never did, never was, never will.’

The usually intensely private couple have since put on a show of union, embarking on their first joint tour and even broadcasting their wedding video during the shows.

But last week, Bey – recently named Forbes‘ most powerful celebrity in the world – sparked fresh rumours when she changed the lyrics of her unreleased song Resentment at a gig in Ohio.

Beyoncé was recently pictured at a basketball match with the tattoo on her wedding finger, the Roman numerals ‘IV’, appearing faded. She also shared a Tumblr snap of herself wearing a plaster over it, leading to speculation she was having it lasered off.

Fans have also wondered about the meaning of the song Mine from her latest album, in which she sings: ‘Been having conversations about break-ups and separations, I’m not feeling like myself since the baby. Are we gonna even make it? Cos if we are, we’re taking this a little too far.’
