Ray Quinn has transformed from baby-faced youngster to ripped muscle man!

Remember Ray Quinn from The X Factor? The cute Liverpool lad who was runner-up to Leona Lewis in the 2006 series?

Well the formerly baby-faced Ray, 27, has changed A LOT since those days. In fact he’s only gone and transformed into an almost unrecognisable muscle man!

Ray revealed just how much he’s altered his look by posing for a photo with his huge arms on display following a tough workout at the gym and we’re a bit stunned tbh.

‘Grrrrrrr… Session done! And what?…😘😅😅#gym #gymlife #fitness #teamtatted #ink,’ the reality star captioned the Instagram snap. Blimey.

Ray – who now gets called ‘The Beast’ by his mates – been slowly beefing up for quite some time now it seems and he regularly shares photos of his toned bod with his followers.

The singing star also posts videos from his fitness sessions and showed off his boxing prowess in a short clip.

‘Don’t mess … Lol❤️❤️😘,’ wrote Ray. We certainly won’t after seeing that!

It’s all a far cry from the young Ray we remember from The X Factor when he was still in his teens.

Back then the Liverpudlian lad was ink-free and most definitely didn’t have those muscles going on.

You might also remember him from the now defunct soap Brookside, on which he played little Anthony Murray from 2000 until 2003.

It’s fair to say that Ray’s dramatic transformation has left many fans quite shocked.

‘no way look at Ray!’ one follower commented on one of his ripped Instagram photos.

Another wrote: ‘@rayquinn_uk gone is the little boy .. Here is the man WOW 😍😘😍’

Ray’s not just evolved physically since his X Factor days as his life has also gone through lots of changes.

Following his success on the show, Ray released a swing album but was eventually dropped by his record label. He went on to do TV work and most notably won Dancing On Ice in 2009.

Ray is also a dad as he has a 2-year-old son, Harry, from his marriage to actress Emma Stephens.

What a transformation, eh?
