X Factor judge Simon Cowell raps over Flo Rida's hit I Don't Like It, I Love It - and Cheryl Fernandez-Versini's reaction is BRILLIANT

MC Syco in da house! Yes, you read that headline right – Simon Cowell has tried his hand at RAPPING.

The music mogul dropped some sick rhymes over Flo Rida’s latest single I Don’t Like It, I Love It – a title spookily similar to one of Simon’s favourite X Factor compliments – live on Capital FM as part of Global Radio’s Make Some Noise charity event.

Video footage shows Si reading the lyrics to the hit tune whilst the song’s video, featuring Simon and Cheryl’s superimposed heads, plays – and it makes for LOL-tastic viewing.

Simon is seen rapping lyrics including ‘I don’t want it / God, I’ve got to have it’ and ‘Meet me at the studio / Bang-a-rang just like Rufio.’ Yes, really – and we reckon Cheryl Fernandez-Versini’s reaction says it all!

The Girls Aloud doesn’t look massively impressed with her X Factor boss to start with but, as the track goes on, she seems to be getting into the spirit of things by laughing and rapping along with him.

Check out Simon’s rapping skillz in the video above – you’ll LOL, especially when he says ‘baby touch’!

And yes, it’s all for charity!

For the second year running Global united all its brands Heart, Capital, Capital Xtra, Radio X, Classic FM, LBC, Smooth, Smooth Extra and Gold broadcasting to 23 million listeners across the UK, to raise as much money as possible and give a voice to small charities and projects that struggle to raise awareness. These charities are often operating on a shoestring or tackling an issue that’s not well understood. Global’s Make Some Noise brought all these listeners together along with Global presenters and some of the biggest names in music and entertainment to make some noise for disadvantaged youngsters across the UK living with illness, disability or lack of opportunity.

Good on you, Simon.
