Cara Delevingne might be one of the most stylish gals around. And now you can get your hands on something she ACTUALLY owns.
Cara Delevingne has just given us one more reason to love her: she’s raising money for poor Cecil the Lion – aww!
On wednesday night an auction kicked off on her eBay account for her personal TAG Heuer watch.
Yes, THAT arm candy that you might have spied at several glam events!
She posted on her Twitter and Instagram accounts, with pictures of her wearing the watch, asking for her followers support with the auction.
All of the money raised during the sale will be donated to WildCRU.org, the research unit who followed Cecil since 2008, until he was tragically killed last month. Sad face.
And it’s no shock either as we know how much she loves lions from her finger tattoo she got back in 2013.
‘The killing of Cecil the Lion was a tragedy,’ wrote Cara on her auction page. ‘Today JOIN ME to help the scientists who care about the future of wild lions in Africa and work very hard on their conservation.’
The unit is currently studying lions across Africa, as well as running an education campaign and an anti-poaching team.
She added: ‘Ahead of the official sale of my TAG Heuer Signature Edition I decided to auction my personal timepiece prototype. I wore this watch on several occasions and during the last Monaco Grand Prix… SO LETS JOIN FORCES.’
Erm… can we be on TEAM DELEVINGNE?!
It might be tough though as bids are already well over £5,000, and it doesn’t end until August 10. Pass us the credit card…
The 22-year-old is currently promoting her new film Paper Towns and it said to be totally loved up with her girlfriend St Vincent.
The bisexual model-turned-actress has revealed she’s made a series of romantic gestures during her love life, but has never been the beneficiary of one herself.
She shared: ‘I’m a hopeless romantic. I’ve done some outwardly romantic gestures. I’ve written songs for people, serenaded people with poems.
‘I think it’s always better to wait until someone does it to you. Because, to be honest, I don’t think someone’s done something super romantic for me.’
