Sherlock star enjoys a seafood feast
Benedict Cumberbatch has been feasting on lobster during filming of his latest movie.
The actor, 37, is getting towards the end of shooting Black Mass in Boston, Massachusetts but made sure to enjoy a final seafood feast at the Union Oyster House restaurant on Saturday.
‘He said he was having his “last lobster on this trip to Boston,”‘ says manager Jim Malinn.
‘He said he can’t wait to come back for more.’
Benedict was so impressed that he reportedly signed the autograph book in the eaterie with the statement: ‘loved it and never realised I was coming to the home of the toothpick’
The historical bar is said to be the first place in the States where the toothpick was used many years ago.
Benedict dined with fellow actor Joel Edgerton and staff claim the stars were ‘very nice but kept a low profile’.
Sherlock star Benedict has been making the most of his time in Boston and apparently went on a guided group tour of Boston Public Library last week.
‘He was listening to the two [guides] talk about the history of the building,’ a fellow visitor tells People.
‘He interjected with a few questions for them.’
